Troubleshooting

When something is not working.

  • The Pinevon site looks broken or will not loadRefresh the page, then try a private window. If a recovery screen appears, use the reset option it offers, which clears cached app data and does not affect your account.
  • How do I check whether Pinevon is down?Open the status page for the current state of services. It is a live check, not an uptime guarantee.
  • I see a recovery screen after reloading a few timesThe app protects itself if it reloads repeatedly. Choose the reset option it offers (it clears caches, not your account) and reload.
  • Why is the site not showing the latest version?Your browser may be using cached files. Reload; if it persists, use the reset option from the recovery screen.
  • Why is my message not sending in the chat assistant?You may have hit the rate limit or lost connection. Wait a moment and send again, or use the contact form.
  • The assistant says it cannot helpIt only answers from approved Pinevon knowledge. For anything else use Talk to our team or the contact form.
  • Which browsers are supported?Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari. Some features, such as passkeys, depend on your browser and device.
  • Does Pinevon work on mobile?Yes. The site and Anchor dashboard are responsive, and the site can be installed as an app where your browser supports it.
  • How do I install Pinevon as an app?Use your browser’s Install or Add to Home Screen option. Support and appearance differ by browser; Safari on iPhone uses Share → Add to Home Screen.
  • Why am I not getting emails from Pinevon?Check spam, add our sending addresses to your contacts, and make sure your inbox is not full. Some providers delay messages.
  • Why is a page telling me I am not authorized?You are signed in with an account that does not have access to that page, or your session ended. Sign in with the right account.
  • Why does a page say not found?The link may be old or mistyped. Use the site search or the navigation to find what you need.
  • The verification challenge will not loadDisable content blockers for pinevon.com, refresh, and try again. The challenge is required on some forms to prevent abuse.
  • My browser blocks the Anchor widget on my websiteCheck your content-security or ad-blocking rules allow the Anchor script, then reload and choose Refresh status in Business Website.
