- How do I reject a quote?Choose Reject on the quote and confirm. The customer will see it as declined.
- What do the quote statuses mean?Pending is waiting for a decision, accepted became an order, rejected was declined, and expired is no longer valid.
- How do I filter quotes by status?Use the status filter at the top of Quotes; All statuses shows everything.
- Why is my Quotes page empty?Quotes appear once a customer requests one through chat. Install the widget or connect a channel so customers can.
- What is quote conversion? The share of sent quotes that were accepted. Analytics shows converted, pending and rejected quotes.
- What is a stale quote in the daily brief?A sent quote with no reply after several days. The brief shows how many, their total value and how long the oldest has waited.
- Can the assistant change a price in a quote? No. Quotes use the prices in your catalog. The assistant does not invent prices or discounts.
- Can I follow up on a quote automatically?Anchor can draft follow-up suggestions for abandoned quotes under Actions. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
