Suggestions that wait for your approval.

  • What are Actions in Anchor?Actions lists AI-drafted suggestions grounded in your real orders, quotes and inventory, such as restock alerts, follow-up drafts and sales anomalies. Nothing is sent or acted on until you approve it.
  • How do I get new suggestions?Open Actions and choose Check for new suggestions. Anchor scans for low stock, abandoned quotes, inactive customers and sales anomalies.
  • How do I approve or reject a suggestion?Choose Approve or Reject on the suggestion. Each shows a risk level so you can decide.
  • Will Anchor act without my approval?No. Suggestions wait for you. Approval is required before anything is sent or changed.
  • Why does Actions say there are no pending suggestions?Either nothing needs attention or you have not run a check yet. Choose Check for new suggestions.
  • Which plans include automation suggestions?Trial, Growth and Business plans include automation suggestions and approvals; the Starter plan does not. See the pricing page for the current list.
  • What is a risk level on a suggestion?A label of how consequential the suggested action is, to help you decide how closely to review it.
  • Can I build my own workflows in Anchor?Not yet. A workflow builder is something we are exploring; today Anchor offers the suggestion-and-approval flow described under Actions.
