Ask Anchor, the daily brief, analytics and AI usage.
- How do I ask Anchor about my business?On the dashboard home, type a question in Ask Anchor about your business, for example "What products are running low on stock?". The answer is computed from your data and shows its source.
- Where do the owner assistant’s answers come from?From fixed tools that read your business’s data (sales summaries, low-stock lists, customers). It does not write its own database queries or choose which business to read.
- What is the daily brief?A short list of what needs attention today, such as quotes waiting for a reply, stock-out risk, weak margins, dead stock, inactive customers and yesterday’s sales versus your recent average.
- Why is my daily brief empty?With no products, sales or customers there is nothing to flag. Add a product with stock, record a sale or add a customer and tomorrow’s brief will have data.
- Is the profit figure real?It is an estimate of gross profit from product costs, not net profit: expenses, fees and taxes are excluded, and it depends on cost data being present.
- How do I add product costs?Edit the product and enter its cost. Changing a cost changes the profit estimate for past sales too.
- What does the Analytics page show?Sales for a recent period with a comparison to the prior period, active products, low stock, quote conversion, repeat customers, top sellers, revenue, the quote pipeline and products often bought together.
- What is Bought together?Products that appear in the same orders. It only shows a pattern when there is enough order history to be reliable.
- How do I see how much AI I have used?Open AI Usage (owners and admins) to see total AI calls, estimated cost, average latency, failed calls and token use for the last 30 days.
- Is the AI cost an invoice?No. It is estimated from publicly documented provider pricing, not an actual invoice.
- What is the monthly AI call budget?Each plan includes a monthly number of AI calls. When it is reached, AI features pause until the next month or you upgrade.
- Who can see AI Usage?Only owners and admins of the business.
