Accessibility Statement
Our accessibility goals, what we do today, known gaps and how to tell us about a barrier.

Draft — pending legal review. This document is a complete working draft prepared by the Pinevon team. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and no effective date has been set. It describes how the service is actually built and operated today; bracket-free wording is deliberate, but jurisdiction-specific terms must be confirmed by qualified counsel before it is relied on.
1. Goal
We want Pinevon to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We design toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA. We have not yet had an independent conformance audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
2. What we do
- Semantic structure, labelled form fields, keyboard operation and visible focus.
- Colour contrast checked in automated tests; text that scales with browser zoom.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences; no critical information conveyed by motion alone.
- Support for touch, mouse and keyboard on phones, tablets and desktops.
- Automated accessibility checks run as part of our end-to-end tests.
3. Known limitations
- Some translated pages may have less-tested wording than English.
- Some complex data tables and charts are being improved for screen-reader use.
- Third-party components (sign-in providers, payment pages, captcha) follow their own accessibility.
4. Tell us about a barrier
Email support@pinevon.com with the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We acknowledge within 3 business days and offer an accessible alternative where a fix will take time.
