Costs and limits of AI features

How AI usage is measured and capped in Anchor.

What is counted

Each AI call made on your business’s behalf counts towards a monthly budget included in your plan. AI Usage (owners and admins) shows total calls, estimated cost, average latency, failed calls and token use for the last 30 days.

Estimated, not invoiced

The cost figure is estimated from publicly documented provider pricing. It is not an invoice.

When the budget is reached

AI features pause until the next month or until you move to a larger plan. The rest of Anchor keeps working.
