Read your daily brief

What each item means and how much to trust it.

Items you may see

  • Quotes waiting on a reply, with their total value.
  • Stock-out risk: products that may run out soon.
  • Margin gaps: products that sell well but earn little.
  • Dead stock: stock with no sales for a set period.
  • Inactive customers with their last order date.
  • Yesterday’s sales against your recent average.

How to read the numbers

Each item shows the data window it used. Estimates such as stock-out days come from recent sales rates; profit is gross and depends on cost data. When data is missing the brief says so.
